The Data Scientist role involves understanding business objectives, collaborating cross-functionally, and analyzing data to drive strategic decisions. Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools is required. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential. Experience with containerization tools, cloud platforms, and Apache Airflow is desirable. A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is preferred.
Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
- Understand business objectives and provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business strategies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges.- Collect, clean, and process data from various sources.- Explore and analyze large datasets to identify opportunities.- Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to draw meaningful conclusions.- Create data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.- Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure the efficient and reliable flow of data across the organization.- Design and develop data services and APIs- Deploy and maintain services into production environments.-
- Actively participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders.
Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering).- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL.- Experience with data visualization tools.- Knowledge of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large, messy datasets.- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) for hosting and managing data services.- Experience with building and maintaining data pipelines using Apache Airflow- Experience in designing and developing data services and APIs- Collaboration skills to work closely with software engineers and other stakeholders to define API requirements and ensure seamless integration.
