A cross-media transformation agent, based in Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica and Mexico, that provides centralized expertise of all Publicis Global Services' capabilities to enable consistent and standardized delivery across Media, Production, Commerce, Content, Data & Technology.

Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or similar field
- Performing quantitative data analysis. report writing and presenting findings
Data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R, SAS, MATLAB)
- Strong applied machine learning experience including but not limited to:
- Regression (Logistic/Linear/GLMs/Ridge/Lasso)
- Tree Based (XGBoost, LightGBM, RF)
- Clustering (Kmeans/RFM/Hierarchical/HDBSCAN)
- Experience in at least one Deep learning framework: TensorFlow, Pytorch, Keras, MXNet, Gluon
- Experience using SQL, Python, modeling, cluster analysis
- Experience developing relevant and impactful data driven insights
- Experience prepping and working with large data sets
- Knowledge of digital media and web analytics a plus
- Highly analytical and detail oriented, with a passion for digging into data to identify key trends, results, and critical outcomes
- This person must be highly organized, with a charismatic and varied communication style
- Ability to communicate technical and complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and modeling

Qualifications
**We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes**:

- 3+ years of relevant data science and analytics experience.
- Technically strong with a detailed knowledge of the latest analytical technologies - AI/ML in particular - with a focus more on business benefits than on the data science and technology itself.
- Creative problem solving - able to grasp and tackle complex real-world problems.
- Strong ability to translate between data/technical problems and business impact.
- Strong proficiency across the whole technical spectrum of data science including inferential statistics, design of experiments, and machine learning.
- Advanced knowledge of Python, R and/or SQL.
- Previous working experience in the domain of marketing/advertising analytics with direct communication and collaboration with the end client is a huge plus.
- A masters or doctorate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
