**Business Development Lead - Remote Accounting Services**

**Location**: Bogota, Colombia
**Type**: Full-time

**About the Role**:
Assist Point Capital is seeking a **driven and strategic Business Development Lead** to help grow our international client base for remote accounting and finance services. You’ll identify prospects, build strong relationships, and promote our platform to global firms seeking reliable remote talent.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Identify and qualify B2B leads using digital tools and outbound strategies.
- Reach out to international accounting firms and business networks.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and present tailored sales pitches.
- Coordinate meetings/demos with internal teams.
- Manage client relationships post-onboarding.
- Update CRM and report pipeline progress.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3+ years in B2B sales or business development (preferred in finance, accounting, or remote services).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRMs and lead-generation tools (LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.).
- Understanding of basic accounting/finance concepts.
- Organized, proactive, and target-driven.
- English proficiency; multilingual is a plus.
