**Qualifications**:
- Directed in several aspects of work. Relies on more experienced team members, seeks professional guidance
- Learns to manipulate and analyze client data as it relates to NICE solutions
- Learns to perform business user configuration of NICE products.
- Learns to design and conduct solution test cases per client requirements of configured/integrated NICE products
- Becomes knowledgeable in the overall NICE implementation methodology and product set
- Works on simple to moderately complex projects under close supervision
- Collaborates with team members to achieve results
- Follows pre-allocated task and processes, may contribute to definitions
.Responsibilities:
- Translate customer business requirements into technical designs and product configurations
- Lead and develop use/test cases and test data to deliver high quality solution results, and support the customer and internal teams during all customer Acceptance Testing phases
- Communicate and train others on NICE solutions - overall business value and process, as well as detailed features and functionality
- Contribute overall to the team’s continual improvement process by preparing System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documents including deliverables checklist, business requirements, design diagram specifications, QA & UAT test plans, lessons learned
- Use best practice methods, quality standards, and guidelines on all project phases
