At **Traffic Tech**, we are seeking our next **Carrier Compliance Representative** to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia.

✨ **Your Role**:
You will be responsible for carrier onboarding, conducting background checks on providers, and supporting our Operations team. This is a great opportunity to begin and grow your career in logistics.

**What you’ll do**:
- Carrier research and onboarding- Support the internal sales team and manage carrier requests- Manage and update insurance in Carrier 411 and RMIS- Manual carrier setup and follow-ups- Proactive insurance renewals- General support with carrier communications and website setup- Daily reporting (Excel-based)- Out-of-hours support on rotation with the team

**What we’re looking for**:
- English proficiency (minimum B1 - required)- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask effectively with attention to detail- Team-oriented, proactive, and motivated to succeed- Positive attitude and adaptability to new responsibilities

Location: Bogotá, Colombia (office-based role)
