Estamos en búsqueda de recepcion para apoyar nuestro departamento de Recursos Humanos en Blackstone Medical Services. Este rol será el primer punto de contacto para consultas relacionadas con recursos humanos, tanto de empleados como de socios externos.
Las principales responsabilidades administrativas incluyen mantener registros de personal, gestionar documentos de RRHH (como registros de empleo y guías de inducción) y actualizar bases de datos internas.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Actualizar bases de datos internas (p. ej., registro de licencias por enfermedad o maternidad).
- Preparar documentos de RRHH, como contratos laborales y guías para nuevos empleados.
- Crear informes y presentaciones periódicas sobre métricas de RRHH (p. ej., índices de rotación).
- Apoyar al departamento de nómina proporcionando información relevante de empleados (p. ej., licencias, días de enfermedad, y horarios de trabajo).
**Requisitos y Habilidades**:
- Inglés nível B2+
- Horario de lunes a viernes, calendario de EE. UU.
- Si no cuentas con experiência, no hay problema, buscamos personas que se encuentren dispuestas en aprender.
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y capacidad para priorizar proyectos importantes.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectivas, tanto por teléfono, correo electrónico, como en persona.
