**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflows across departments.
- Collaborate with medical staff and administrative teams to improve operational processes and patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement policies and protocols that align with both **local regulations** and **US healthcare standards**.
- Manage staff scheduling, resource allocation, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including **patient safety, quality assurance,** and accreditation standards.
- Drive clinical performance improvements through data analysis and evidence-based practices.
- Lead initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- **2+ years of clinical operations experience** within a US hospital or healthcare system.
- Strong understanding of **hospital management, patient flow, and regulatory requirements** in the US healthcare system.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiencies and patient care quality.
- Knowledge of clinical software systems such as **Epic, Cerner**, or similar.

- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Experience in change management and process improvement.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with medical, administrative, and support teams.
- Experience in international healthcare or multi-country operations is a plus.
