A cross-media transformation agent, based in Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica and Mexico, that provides centralized expertise of all Publicis Global Services' capabilities to enable consistent and standardized delivery across Media, Production, Commerce, Content, Data & Technology.

**Job Description**:
**What you’ll do**:
Role will be centered on developing dashboards through Datorama, KPIs definition, insights generation and making presentations with recommendations to drive business optimizations. Role is both technical (due to dashboards development) and analytical/strategical (due to the need of insights and strategies generation)

**We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes**:
Non Negotiable Skills:

- Excel and PowerPoint (Advanced)
- Experience in dashboards development through Data Studio (The tool used in the project is Datorama)
- Experience in KPIs definition and knowledge about digital metrics
- Digital Media/Marketing background

A plus:

- Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, segmentation, research, lifetime value and ROI

Hands on experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture)

Experience in program measurement (online and/or offline) and, test design also

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to be both strategic and tactical
- Ability to multi-task; ability to manage time, deadlines and prioritize work
- Capacity to work independently and contribute to larger team initiatives
- Excellent communication skills
