**Full Job Description**

We are looking for enthusiastic JR Billing Analyst. Key tasks include processing and reconciling financial transactions, managing financial records, and communicating with stakeholders to resolve financial issues. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial software and regulations.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Generate accurate and timely invoices for products or services provided by the company.
- Review billing data, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and issues.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate billing information and resolve billing-related issues.
- Provide support in other finance operations functions as needed.
- Assist in developing and implementing billing policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

- Provide support during financial audits, ensuring all billing-related documents and records are readily available.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to billing and financial analysis.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as assigned by the finance management team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- C1 English and above
- Previous experience in billing, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Experience in Excel
- Basic understanding of billing processes, accounting principles, and financial controls.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- SAP Business One or QuickBooks knowledge.
