**IT Employee Experience Technician (Digital and IT)**
- **Position Overview**:_
- **Responsibilities**:_

**Project Management and Analytical Reporting**:

- Manage IT projects related to employee experience and digital services.
- Provide numerical and analytical reporting on the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders.

**Web Page Editing and Design**:

- Demonstrate knowledge of web page editing, coding, and design.
- Utilize software such as Dreamweaver, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, and Flash for creative content creation.

**Workflow Creation and Maintenance**:

- Create, maintain, and implement workflows for IT processes, focusing on employee experience.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for workflow-related issues.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in web page editing, coding, and design.
- Strong project management skills and ability to deliver analytical reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creative copywriting.
- Proficiency in Adobe products (Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Flash).
- Knowledge of JavaScript and similar scripting languages.
