A cross-media transformation agent, based in Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica and Mexico, that provides centralized expertise of all Publicis Global Services' capabilities to enable consistent and standardized delivery across Media, Production, Commerce, Content, Data & Technology.

**Job Description**:
**What you’ll do**:
**To be successful in this position, you will have the ability to**:

- Execute the creation, organization, and distribution of 3D assets
- Estimate cost and timing for a variety of 3D projects
- Ensure that proposed 3D executions can be produced within client-specified timeframes and budgets
- Be extremely detail oriented
- Able to coordinate multiple work streams for on-time, on-budget delivery while ensuring project details are accounted for and acted upon
- Work collaboratively with agency producers of various media on shared productions
- Work with internal agency departments to gather information and/or reference to be made available to 3D artists at project start
- Review assets before delivery to ensure consistency and quality control
- Contribute to the overall quality of project deliverables
- Coordinate purchase order tracking and payment approval
- Strong communication and organization skills required
- Be a self-starter who works as well independently as they do as part of a team; able to foster and develop others' ideas as well as their own.
- Be a team player, exhibiting common sense and analytical reasoning skills
- Exhibit effective meeting facilitation skills
- Ability to coordinate and manage outsourced vendors and project teams
- Project research as needed. This could be creative or concept reference gathering or general information using the internet

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree

**Skills**:

- Prior production or project management experience is required. May consider former automotive product specialists as well.
- Thorough understanding of production processes
- Advertising, 3D, game production, or post-production experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel. Keynote and Powerpoint a plus but not mandatory.
