**eCustom Solutions **is seeking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our legal team by talking to the customers and by gathering important legal documents.

**Please note that this is a remote work and we are looking for independent contractors**

**Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities**
- Calling outbound customers who have indicated an interest in our services.
- Qualifying customers cases and retaining them for the law firm.
- Handling inbound calls and customer inquiries.
- Follow up with potential customers
- Calling clients to gather their documents for legal cases
- Organizing and maintaining a secure database of legal documents
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the gathered information
- Collaborating with the legal team to provide support as needed

**Education and Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Has background in admin and customer service
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with legal terminology and processes
- Excellent organizational skills

**Technical Requirements**
- Personal Computer running windows 10/11
- Hardwired connection from the computer to the modem (Must be Ethernet, **NO WIFI**)
- USB headset with microphone (Bluetooth, wireless or 3.5mm will **NOT WORK**)
- Internet speeds of 25mbps download and 10mbps upload or higher are required

**Salary**: $24,100 per hour
