**Responsibilities**:

- Support the accounts team in commercial management.
- Estimate project costs and negotiate with suppliers to achieve favorable agreements for Contáctica's interests.
- Create work schedules and timelines.
- Assign internal and external teams to projects.
- Develop proposals for area improvement.
- Ensure project profitability.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor, recommend, and make necessary adjustments with the team to ensure projects meet client expectations in terms of time, quality, and success indicators.
- Ensure strategic proposals are fully implemented during project execution, guaranteeing that the delivered product aligns with the approved proposal and achieves the desired results.
- Provide support to team members.
- Anticipate project risks and create contingency plans.
- Monitor team adherence to area processes.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding confidential documents.
- Ensure effective content creation within the brands associated with the projects.
- Lead various projects for the company, both digital and traditional.
- Lead internal projects within the company.
- Support process improvement efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge in digital marketing and experience in project management.
- Organizing and planning projects.
- Building strategic relationships and maintaining client relationships.
- Leadership skills to manage teams, budgets, and timelines.
- Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level).
