We are seeking a Country Managing Director to join our Operations team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skillset.

The Country Managing Director will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to achieve the short and long-term goals of our Colombia operation. Reporting to the Latin America HUB office (Miami) and to the office of the COO, this person will provide market insights and strategic advice, while partnering with the divisions, practices, and business development teams to help set and meet strategic and revenue goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain trust-based, professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, shareholders, and external vendors.
- Represent the company in negotiations with customers, suppliers, government departments, and other key contacts to secure the most effective contract terms.
- Identify and develop new and existing referral sources to develop successful referring relationships.
- Actively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets.
- Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for cross-selling potential
- Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand business
- Strong understanding of company services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
- Build and enhance the company's public profile at events, speaking engagements, etc.
- Oversee the country's business operations and financial performance.
- Direct and oversee the work and resources of the country and ensure the recruitment and retention of the required numbers and types of well-motivated, trained, and developed staff to ensure that it achieves its mission and objectives.
- Manages day-to-day business of the Colombia office while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management.
- Plays a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing change control processes for the country.
- Works closely with the office of the COO on other special planning and departmental projects.
- Identifies trends and assesses opportunities to improve processes and execution.
- Completes reasonability testing and information validation before circulating findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Collaborates with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values.
- Collaborates with talent development and onboarding team as needed.
- Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, removes barriers, resolves issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders, and escalates to an appropriate level when required.
- Works closely with the office of the COO management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the country are being properly executed in accordance with regulatory-based best practices.
- Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated.
- Maintain Total Quality Management systems throughout the company to ensure that the best possible services are provided to customers.
- Promote and direct the implementation of equal opportunities policies in all aspects of the company's work.
- Develop and direct the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that the company complies with all health and safety and other statutory regulations.

**Attributes & Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in program management, business or public administration, technical management, information systems, engineering, finance/accounting, or related technical fields
- Master's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience as a managing director or in a similar role.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
- Excellent communication
