**Country Manager**

Lead the Country operations within the company´s policies to achieve its objectives at the national and regional levels. Full P&L responsibility, including Sales, Finance, Operations, Asset Control, and Production and Service Center Operations

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience as a people manager (for example managing managers or directing the activities of front-line personnel)
- Specific industry experience sought
- Several years in leading similar size organizations.
- Experience in FMCG business
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
- Ability to manage and lead a complex organization with national scope and reach.
- Demonstrated comfort in working within broader corporate frameworks and policies

Pay: $33,000,000 - $36,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
