The Master Data Management (MDM) product team, as part of Master Data Management & Services (MDMS) IT management unit, is responsible for design and delivery of core, critical enterprise master data solutions and products in accordance with business needs and to enable innovation, critical business transactions, decision making and growth. This is achieved through global data governance processes and solutions in a culture of continuous improvement.

As the Senior Principal Product Management Analyst supporting the Product domain, you will collaborate with peers, stakeholders and other internal customers to provide trusted views of core master data. This role brings technical savvy and master data and process expertise together with a strong analytical mindset.

- Specializes in analyzing, designing, prioritizing and implementing a set of IT products, platforms and/or services.
- Leverages understanding of business strategy and needs to create requirements, user stories and test cases for solutions
- Incorporates new product ideas and user feedback into backlog by writing user stories and overseeing the execution of the feature delivery according to the prioritization of the Product Owner.
- Ensures technologies add value and can scale Medtronic’s use of a given IT solution across various businesses, regions and functions.

**MUST HAVE**(Minimum Qualifications)
- Experience leading globally distributed development teams through ideation, requirements gathering, testing and implementation
- Ability to lead and work on multiple projects concurrently
- Experience documenting requirements, user stories and test cases within a formal methodology
- Strong written, verbal and visual communication
- Experience working with senior management-level business partners and stakeholders

**NICE TO HAVE**(Preferred Qualifications)
- Strongly Preferred:

- Previous Medtronic experience, specifically with SAP Material Master data
- Writing user stories
- Previous Agile/Scrum experience
- Jira experience
- Snowflake Experience
