Core Responsibilities:

- Implement development tickets defined in the sprints.
- Autonomously come up with solutions, or propose improvements to designs that were given.
- Accurately implement Figma-based designs.
- Proactively spot opportunities of improvement in our repositories.
- Deliver high quality code that follows our guidelines and standards.

Must-Have Skills:

- 5+ years of experience as a developer.
- Expert knowledge of JS + CSS + Vue3 (or similar framework).
- Analytical and detail oriented.
- Good debugging skills.
- Great communication skills. Able to raise concerns in a constructive manner and convey complex ideas in simple terms.
- Can work as part of a team, but also independently with high levels of ownership and drive.
- Intermediate English.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Node.js and MongoDB basic knowledge.
- TailwindCSS.
