**We’re Hiring: System Administrator | Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid)**
We’re looking for a **skilled and proactive System Administrator** to join our IT team. In this role, you’ll manage and support our IT infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments—ensuring stability, performance, security, and scalability.
**What you’ll do**:
- Manage infrastructure & systems (Windows Server, Linux, VMware, storage, networking).- Administer cloud & hybrid environments (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure/AWS).- Implement security, endpoint protection & disaster recovery solutions.- Support users with collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack).- Automate processes with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver IT projects and ensure best practices.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Solid experience in **Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization**.- Hands-on knowledge of **cloud technologies** (Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS, SaaS integration).- Strong networking & security background.- Familiarity with **automation, monitoring, and containerization**.- Excellent troubleshooting skills and clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, AWS/Azure) are a plus
