Bpo Dental Assistant Representative

We at Trotalo, a leading BPO company, are looking for our next Dental assistance representative to work remotely in charge of scheduling and answering all technical questions for our customers.
**Responsibilities**:
Convert calls into appointments
Manage and optimize Dental professionals' schedules and appointments
Assist with patient intake and registration for New Customers
Organize and maintain medical records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
Coordinate referrals and follow-ups with other healthcare providers
Handle billing and insurance processing tasks
Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as needed
Assist with general office administration tasks
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Medical or Dental Virtual Assistant or in a similar capacity
Or being a Dental assistant or having a similar degree/StudiesOr technical Dental knowledge, terminology, and vocabulary. B2+ or C1 English Level
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Experience with medical record management and billing systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
Customer service-oriented mindset
What we offer
Base Salary 2.5 M COP
Connectivity & Energy Help 200K COP
Performance Bonuses up to 300K COP
40 hours per week/ 2 days off (according to ops needs)
100% work remotely in Colombia
