**VIP Medical Group, **one of our top experts in vein disease and pain management is looking for an **Assistant Project Manager** to join our marketing team

**As an Assistant Project Manager,** you must be meticulous and reliable, with an eye for detail and a strong focus on data accuracy. We need someone who is passionate about digital information and able to ensure the integrity and consistency of our online data. If you thrive in an organized environment and can maintain high-quality data, we'd love to hear from you.

**What You'll Do**
- **Data Entry**: Accurately input, update, and maintain digital data across various platforms, ensuring consistency and integrity.
- **Website Editing**: Regularly review and ensure our website content is accurate, making edits as necessary.
- **Spreadsheet Organization**: Effectively manage and organize data in spreadsheets, ensuring information is accurate and readily accessible for the team.
- **Google Business Profile Management**: Oversee and edit our Google Business Profiles to guarantee correct and current information.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with different departments and use project management tools to oversee the progress and status of tasks.

**What You'll Bring To The Team**
- You'll need **strong data entry** skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A good understanding of **G-Suite** and **WordPress** is essential.
- Fluent in English at a C1 level.
- Familiarity with project management tools like **ClickUp**, Trello, Asana, Notion, or Jira.
- You must be someone who can keep to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must-have.
