As a Process Excellence Specialist you will deploy the operational excellence strategy, ensuring its adoption, continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and process optimization. Lead improvement projects, analyze key data, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify needs, and propose effective solutions. Ensure compliance with quality standards, promoting agile, consistent operations aligned with strategic objectives. This position will play a key role in creating efficiencies while strengthening our value proposition. **Cómo lograrás un impacto** Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with the process excellence framework under the Lean Six Sigma methodology, focusing on capacity management, quality, risk and control, knowledge, and the Management Operating System (MOS), as well as monitoring adherence.- Lead improvement workshops, develop process transformation roadmaps, work with multidisciplinary teams (operations, analytics, automation), manage resources, and ensure the implementation of projects.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within teams to challenge the status quo, promoting a transformation toward innovative solutions.- Maintain contact with the global center of excellence to create synergies. **Acerca de ti** Qualifications: - Education in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.- Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt (mandatory).- Experience in BPMN and project management.- Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization (Power BI, Excel, SQL, etc.).- B2 level English proficiency.- At least 5 years of experience leading process transformation or operational excellence initiatives, preferably in the insurance, financial, or consulting sectors.
