We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Hyperautomation Specialist to join our team.

Strategic leader who orchestrates the implementation of hyperautomation across the organization, combining RPA, AI/ML, process mining, low-code platforms, and analytics to automate as many processes as possible in an intelligent and scalable way.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Define and execute the enterprise hyperautomation strategy.
Evaluate and select the optimal technology stack (RPA + AI + low-code)
Lead digital transformation based on intelligent automation.
Implement process mining to uncover opportunities.
Design a comprehensive automation architecture.
Manage the Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).
Create automation and prioritization roadmaps.
Measure the ROI and business value of initiatives.

**Requirements**:
In-depth knowledge of multiple automation technologies.
RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
Process mining (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Signavio).
Low-code platforms (Mendix, OutSystems, Power Platform).
iPaaS solutions (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
BPM suites (Pega, Appian).
Enterprise architecture.
Change management and organizational transformation.
Business case development and return on investment analysis
