**Learning & Competency Intern**

Join our dynamic team as a Learning & Competency Intern to gain hands-on experience in developing impactful learning programs. This 6-months internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our workforce in Global Business Services.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the training team to design, develop, and update training materials.
- Assist in conducting needs assessments to identify gaps in skills & knowledge.
- Work closely with the GBS Development & Engagement Manager to support the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Assist in maintaining training records and documentation.

Note: This is a full-time, paid internship lasting for six months, with the possibility of extension or transitioning into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Able to read, write and communicate in English
