HR Student Intern

Payroll Intern
- Complete onboarding training in a timely manner
- Complete payroll tasks as assigned by mentor or manager:
- Coordinate with Transactions Analysts to ensure employee data impacting payroll, is efficiently and accurately captured and maintained in the payroll system within established deadlines
- Perform checks, controls, variance analysis and reconciliations during pre-payroll processing and before payroll is finalized
- Generate reports for internal use
- Solve customer queries through internal case-management system
- Maintain monthly reporting requirements on operations and certifications as per role requirements
- Identify process deficiencies and propose (up to implement) solutions as continuous improvement
- Complete as assigned a CI project
Studying Bachelors in Industrial Engineering, BBA or equivalent
Proficient in English
Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Excel
Interest in HR, particularly Transactions and Payroll Operations
