We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing or Brand specialist to join Edgewell Personal Care.

We are a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Hawaiin Tropic, Banana Boat, Shick, Carefree and Bulldog Skincare for Menjust to name a few).

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business

Reporting to our Latam marketing grouper for our brand Shick you will be responsible for understanding the market, develop consumer communication calendar, define pricing plan, budget management, define marketing products content considering Product image.

Also you will manage the reports of the marketing budget and the Brand planning for Schick.

You will do the analyzis of Data and creation of executive reports for Latam, understanding challenges & opportunities of key countries (Colombia, Chile, Perú and México) and will support innovations projects/ products for the region.

Last but not least this position will support the creation of brand platforms campaigns, brand books, toolkits and other creative assets.

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

Ideally you have 2-3 solid years of experience in Marketing or Brand Management in a FMCG Company.

In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:

- Basic understanding of mass consumption companies and processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners
- Proven Great communication skills in English.(Fluid and able to mantiain a conversation)
- Ability in excel and analysis of data.
- Continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements to eliminate non-value-added work.
- Commitment to service with both internal and external customers.
- Result-oriented.
