**We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our fast-growing team**.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of recruiting related experience
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- High level analytical skills
- Proficient level of english
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources related field

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, source and match future hiring needs to specific profiles across different business units
- Provide recruitment reports to the recruiting manager
- Develop job descriptions and specifications
- Send weekly hiring updates to the recruiting manager to share the status of open requisitions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their teams and goals, and to establish technical assessments specific to their denominations
