We are seeking a professional to join our growing Corporate Reputation and CSR team responsible for driving SoftServe’s development as a sustainable and socially responsible company.
- Job purpose_
As an Intermediate CSR Specialist and a member of the Corporate Reputation and CSR team, you will interact with multiple stakeholders throughout the company and externally to develop and execute CSR projects with the focus on corporate well-being programs, volunteering, charity, and associates engagement.
**YOU ARE**:
- A professional with at least 2 years of experience in CSR, PR, HR, or community building
- The holder of a Bachelor’s degree in PR, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field
- A person with IT business understanding, as it will give you priority
- Able to drive the planning and execution of programs and initiatives with the company’s associates' engagement
- Familiar with sustainability best practices and their execution
- A person with a global mindset and the ability to function in a matrix environment, with multiple demands
- A holder of advanced communication skills (written and verbal), as well as time management, decision-making, human relations, public speaking, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Demonstrating at least Upper-Intermediate English level
**YOU WANT TO WORK WITH**:
- Developing and executing CSR strategies to strengthen SoftServe’s reputation as a sustainable company, both on clients and talent markets
- Developing and executing sustainability projects and CSR initiatives
- Providing analysis of engagement results and other measures of the effectiveness of implemented projects
- Building and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders within SoftServe (HR, Administration teams, Office Support, Corporate charity foundation) and beyond (strategic nonprofit, external partners, CSR and IT communities, and other stakeholders) on designing and launching new initiatives and programs - local and company-wide to meet market needs and latest CSR trends or requirements
- Developing written materials, including promo posts, articles, presentations, etc.
- Helping organize events including fundraisers, conferences, open days, and social hackathons
**TOGETHER WE WILL**:
- Build a comprehensive global strategy, guidelines, and processes for SoftServe’s sustainable development
- Drive results-driven programs by managing development, implementation, and coordination of internal and external strategies to support SoftServe’s growth, sustainable development, and maintaining a favorable image of SoftServe among the clients, associates, and the public
- Align with partners to optimize communications activities and build sustainable solutions that set new business, ethical, and technological standards
