The GFS (Global Financial Service) organization provides a variety of transactional and accounting services to J&J Operating Companies around the world, operating out of major centers. Their goal is to do this in a highly cost-effective and compliant way, leveraging our resources in a cross-sector environment.
We are hiring the best talent for **ATR Analyst (Intercompany) **to be located in **Colombia**.
**Responsibilities**
ATR Analyts is responsible for supporting GL Accounting and reporting process, analysis of blackline reconciliation, Corporate and internal audits and Financial Statements.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Provide financial support and accounting analysis across multiple areas.
- Performs account analysis of all related balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Recommends solutions for accounting issues.
- Understanding controls applicable in the process
- Support on Corporate reporting
- Fulfillment of Compliance requests/testings
- Closing Bravo reporting (Actuals)
- Required skills: Active communicating, team management, results oriented, SAP and Oracle knowledge and experience
- Develop, build and preserve relationship with all markets and business sector(s) service by GS LATAM organization. You should ensure that the service levels and objectives meet and is delivered to customers in accordance to defines Service Level Agreements.
- English Level (Intermediate written & oral)
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related areas is required
- Knowledge of general accounting processes(required) and intercompany processes (preferred)
- SAP or ERP knowledge and working experience
- At least 3 years of accounting experience, shared services is preferred
- Intermediate English level is preferred
**Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point, communication skills, knowledge of general accounting processes, understanding of accounting principles and practices, compliance knowledge (Sox and internal controls), matrix environment, analytical skills, logical thinking; knowledge on other SAP modules.
