We are searching for the best talent for Analyst Accounting to be in Bogota.

**Purpose**:The role is responsible for the completeness, accuracy and validity of the CFIN data replication validation for the platform and all the associated procedures associated with this including improvement initiatives and tasks related to CFIN Data Quality. They will be responsible for partnering to define and design new processes, and document and test them in coordination with the CFIN deployment team. They will also partner across EPM workstreams, including working with the Compliance and other GPOs to ensure impacts of CFIN deployment are well understood.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Executing accounting and daily operations for CFIN ATR processes for their platforms.
- Timely closing & execution of CFIN financial periods as per closing calendar and in accordance with SLA commitments, fully observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirements.
- Completeness, accuracy and validity of the actuals reported within process/entity scope.
- Coordinates timely resolution of recurring defects with the local GS ATR teams in underlying ERPs in accordance with SLAs.
- Understand, adhere, and execute accounting per worldwide policies and procedures. Identify compliance risks and recommend solutions to remediate / prevent breach.
- Share learnings pro-actively, help ensure operational process team are aware of updated to of Worldwide Procedures in relation to Central Finance and compliance requirements for respective areas.
- Supports the development of solutions for complex problems and coordinates/drives the development of solutions to moderate problems.
- Support Platform Leads across regions with their regional and global tasks.
- Support and lead initiatives related to CFIN Data Quality regionally and globally.

**Qualifications**:

- High school required - Bachelor’s degree prefer Finance or Accounting or related business discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting or related business experience is required.
- Solid Accounting & finance knowledge.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office in particular Excel is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish is desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels is desirable
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, proactivity is required
