This position will be based in Bogota - Colombia and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

**We will count on you to**:

- Lead and oversee the FP&A PMO function for Latin America, managing a team of two specialists focused on transformation and automation activities.
- Collaborate with regional and local FP&A teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
- Develop and implement project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistent delivery of initiatives.
- Partner with leadership within the regional FP&A organization to align transformation strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, such as business units, operations, technology, and support functions, to drive project execution and change management. Ensure alignment by understanding the role of FP&A in the process to improve existing capabilities
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and benefits, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and automation within the FP&A region.
- Drive the adoption of new tools, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Support the training and development of team members and stakeholders involved in transformation initiatives.

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, PMO leadership, or transformation roles within finance or FP&A functions.
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes, financial systems, and automation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Latin America or multicultural environments is a plus.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is desirable.
