**3. Your Role**

As a WordPress Website Developer at LongFi, you will collaborate closely with our team to convert our design into a fully functional website. While we will provide the initial copy, website map, and graphics, we expect you to bring your creativity and ideas to the table. You’ll work closely with our graphic designer, teaching them how to update and maintain the website after launch.

**4. Minimum Requirements**
- Fluent in both **English and Spanish**.
- **Extensive experience with WordPress** development, including custom themes and plugins.
- Proven experience designing and developing websites, particularly in **technology, hardware, or telecommunications** sectors (3 references required).
- Strong ability to meet deadlines and take initiative.

**5. Specific Objectives**
- Convert LongFi’s design, website map, and content into a fully functional website.
- Provide insights and creative input to enhance the overall design and functionality.
- **Teach our graphic designer** how to maintain, update, and manage the website post-launch.
- Complete the website development within a **4-6 week timeframe**.
- Demonstrate a **high degree of initiative and creativity** throughout the project.
