**Bilingual sales agent/assistant (On-site)**

**Description**:
**Requirements**:

- English advanced level (C1/C2)
- B2C sales experience (1-2 years)
- Full-time availability (you are going to be working 48 hours per week)
- Availability to work on-site in BUCARAMANGA (relocation is possible).
- Experience in call center or managing CRM/Salesforce
- Excellent commercial profile
- Customer service experience (is a plus, no excluding)
- Knowledge about health services or dentistry is a plus (is a plus, no excluding)

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend and resolve doubts and concerns of our customers
- Manage the sales process until closing
- Make and receive calls from potential customers
- Coordinate the arrived logistic of our customers
- Receive and guide our customers in our location

**We offer you**:

- Base salary of COP $2’500.000 + Commissions
- SUNDAYS OFF 8 hours per day schedules from Monday to Saturday
- Long-term contract directly with the company
- All the legal and health benefits of an indefinite or long-term contract
