HR Generalist

The HR Generalist is primarily responsible for processing timekeeping and maintaining records and field management. This role will work alongside the HR & Finance team and handle queries from all current and previous employees.

The HR Generalist will support the daily operations of HR and Finance department, which includes but not limited to:

- Maintaining an accurate record of attendance, hours worked, overtime, night differential, holiday and premium pay, pay adjustments and post information onto designated records.
- Handle records management, which includes maintaining the database, e201 files, and other reports.
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to all queries directed to HR and Finance via ticket tool system.
- Provide support to HR team, and finance/admin operations.
- Create reports as necessary for the team.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in employee engagement and training and development.
- Assist on engagement activities and training and development needs through surveys, focus groups, and communication with employees.
- Responsible for onboarding process.
- Maintain records of training and development activities, results of surveys, and retraining requirements.
- Champions the vision and mission of the company, exhibiting its culture and values.
- Create reports as necessary for the team
- Other duties as assigned.
