**What the day will look like**

Ensure that regional (Latin America) Data & Analytics (D&A) tools are used in all sub-regions to reduce redundancy and help efficiency.

Contribute to the generation of insights, identification of trends from data modeling that provide a retrospective and prospective vision that reduces the materialization of risks and contributes to making the best decisions for our clients.
- Data analysis
- Recharge and maintenance of LatAm D&A Power Bi
- Report Development and Data Visualization
- Training of managers and their teams in the different solution lines in the correct use of reporting tools.
- Analysis and follow-up of opportunities for continuous improvement of financial results including, but not limited to: segments, products, insurance companies.
- Implementation of data models and best practices.
- Training of the team on best practices for the development and performance of the Power BI data model.

- Assistance on Latin American (LatAm) data models to the global team.
- Detection and implementation of data quality issues in reporting and Power BI data models.
- Research reporting trends and develop best practices.
- Collaborate with LatAm region initiatives aimed at performance improvement.
- Provide guidance to LatAm end users on Power BI or other corporate tools (e.g. Risk View, GCP, Property Risk Calculator).

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Experience: 2 years in Reporting areas.
- Technical Knowledge: It will be an added value that you have knowledge related to Analytics, Data Science. You should have a basic / intermediate level in interpretation of financial statements.
- Studies and/or specialties: it is desirable that you have a background in economics, engineering, administration, mathematics, physics.
- Languages: Advanced English, and desirable some knowledge or desire to learn Portuguese.
- Technological tools: Database management, Power BI or similar tools (Tableau, Qlik View), Excel.How we support our colleagues
