**COMMERCIAL TRAINING AND LOYALTY MANAGER LATAM**:
**About the Role**:
Essity BU Professional Hygiene is currently searching for an experienced Commercial Training and Loyalty Manager. This role is responsible for planning and developing a comprehensive Commercial Training and Loyalty Strategy in LATAM Countries fostering commercial effectiveness through impactful initiatives that strengthen business operations and drive customer retention and sales growth.

**What You Will Do**:
- Design and execute a Regional Commercial Training Strategy that equips internal and external sales forces with the skills, knowledge, and tools to effectively position our brand, value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Lead the development of innovative training programs, toolkits, and methodologies adapted to the LATAM context, combining face-to-face, virtual, and digital solutions.
- Integrate digital learning platforms and continuously improve training tools, fostering adoption and ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience across all markets.
- Establish clear performance metrics and governance, tracking the effectiveness of training initiatives focused on outcomes directly to commercial impact, customer engagement, and sales growth.
- Act as a connector and change agent, ensuring sustainable capability and alignment across LATAM countries.
- Be the link between the global training team and the local or regional market.
**Who You Are**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field required or equivalent industry experience
- 4+ years of sales and/or marketing experience and corporative training
- Strategic thinking, team leadership, customer focus and results-oriented
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and/or learning technologies. Digital skills a must
- Knowledge of distribution and B2B business operations preferred.
- Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Impeccable written and verbal communication in Spanish and English. Portuguese intermediate level.
