**Tech Skills**:

- Suite Foundation certification
- 3 to 5 years of experience working with NetSuite ERP
- Suite Success methodology experience
- Industrial Engineering bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
- Language skill: English, Full professional proficiency
- Experience in Industry Operations: Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehouse Management System, Picking and Shipping

**Soft Skills**: Problem solving skills - Time management knowledge Implementation Consultant

**Desired skills**: NetSuite ERP Certification is a plus - System integration skills using Dell Boomi, Celigo or MuleSoft SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0 technical skills are a plus

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Implementations LATAM Elaborate data migration plans - Participate in business process discovery efforts, identify gaps against our current systems, conceive and propose solutions, develop high level and detailed level process flow.
- Configure NetSuite following SuiteSuccess methodology, propose work-around for gaps, write functional specifications, always making sure alignment to end-to-end solution.
- Prepare use cases regression testing and work with business users to coordinate final testing and deployment
- Prepare training documents and train people.
- Strong Manufacturing knowledge in NetSuite
