**Role & Responsibilities**:
This Global Services (GS) Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) will be responsible for providing financial support to strategic Global Services Finance projects.
- Support the refinement of and tracking against business case estimates; Work with regional cross-functional teams to investigate all costs and execute needed transfers to ensure costs are in the proper domains
- Track resource allocation and spending, manage and reconcile financial data, and ensure proper reporting across all regions
- Manage all project implementation cost cross charges and quarter end closing activities
- Track and report on headcount and cost savings related to strategic projects
- The role will demonstrate the Leadership Imperatives of Connect, Grow, and Shape with regard to performance by utilizing metric driven insights to drive towards addressing unmet needs, challenging the status quo, and holding accountable key stakeholders to act with speed and agility.

**This role will be based in Bogota.**

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Accounting
- MBA, financial certification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or other equivalent is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of finance or related business experience is required.
- Prior FP&A and relevant systems skills such as SAP / TM1 experience is preferred.
- Strong Analytical & conceptual skills and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions)
- Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
