Bienvenido a Autolab, la red más grande de talleres mecánicos en Colombia y en México. Somos una startup tecnológica de alto crecimiento que busca hacer el proceso de reparación de un vehículo más fácil y accesible para todos y todas.

Estamos buscando un **Growth Associate **para unirse al equipo de marketing-growth en su nuevo reto de expansión a México. No debes tener experiência previa en growth o marketing, pero sí demasiadas ganas de liderar nuevas iniciativas, aprender, retarse y llevar a Autolab a un crecimiento exponencial en los próximos meses.

Buscamos una persona que pueda proponer nuevas estrategias para garantizar el crecimiento de Autolab en México, y liderar de inicio a fin las iniciativas para poder llegar a sus metas.

Para ser el Growth Associate que estamos buscando en Autolab debes ser una persona analítica, que se sienta cómoda analizando números e identificando oportunidades de mejora a partir de la data; debes ser una persona propositiva, dispuesta a liderar campañas offline y online, con una alto grado de trabajo en equipo e influencia, capacidad de aprendizaje rápido, y de autonomía para proponer y liderar sus propios proyectos.

**Responsabilidades**
- Proponer nuevas estrategias para garantizar el crecimiento B2C de Autolab en México
- Planear de inicio a fin las estrategias de crecimiento seleccionadas
- Liderar la buena implementación de las iniciativas de crecimiento
- Analizar los resultados de cada iniciativa, y actuar rápidamente de acuerdo a los aprendizajes obtenidos
- Apoyar al equipo de growth-marketing a cumplir con las metas mensuales

**Requisitos**
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência, al menos 1 año liderando iniciativas de inicio a fin en entornos de alto crecimiento (ej: consultoría, startups)
- Pregrado en ingenierías, administración, economía, publicidad, marketing, diseño industrial
- Flexibilidad para trabajar en cualquier proyecto propuesto
- Pasión por el aprendizaje rápido
- Enfocado a resultados
- Ganas de proponer, ejecutar estrategias, y crecer junto con Autolab
- Excel intermedio o avanzado
- Es un plus si tiene conocimientos de mercadeo
