ABOUT THE TEAM:
WHAT YOUâLL DO:
RealPage is looking for an intermediate developer for our Integration Services Team. The Integration Services team support supports a software platform that includes Asset and Investment tracking. The team is responsible for all client integrations and works to support custom and standard functionality. The work includes Integration development, API Development, Support, Dashboard customization & Maintenance.

The Developer II has an overall responsibility for designing, executing, and testing developed functionality to meet client and product requirements within our Data Management Applications.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Applies best practice SQL scripting, SSIS Integration
- Work with project management to implement custom solutions
- Work with business analysts & quality assurance teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
**Education/Experience**:

- Bachelors or master’s degree related to computer science, software development, information technology or related field, OR minimum 3 years’ experience in designing, developing ETL programs, and creating technical design documentation for ETL Programs.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Experience working with Microsoft related tools, specifically SSIS
- Experience solutioning and development of ETL’s and working w/ API’s
- Knowledge about SQL Query, T-SQL and SSIS Package Optimization.
- Intermediate knowledge of C#/VB.NET is preferred
- Flexible during times of change with the ability to navigate and resolve ambiguity
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Proficient English is preferred)
- Ability to train and guide others
- Works well in a dynamic team environment.

**Systems Experience**:

- Microsoft business intelligence tools, SSIS / SQL
- SQL Query, T-SQL & SSIS
- C#/VB.NET
- Python
