Estamos buscando un **Power BI Developer** que lidere la creación de dashboards y reportes interactivos que brinden a líderes de negocio visibilidad en tiempo real de KPIs y principales impulsores de desempeño. Tu trabajo será clave para que las decisiones estratégicas estén respaldadas por insights sólidos y fáciles de interpretar.

**Lo que harás**
- Diseñar, construir y optimizar dashboards avanzados en Power BI alineados con necesidades del negocio.
- Crear y mantener modelos de datos eficientes, optimizando DAX y SQL para escalabilidad.
- Conectar Power BI con datasets centralizados en la nube, trabajando junto al equipo de data engineering.
- Configurar seguridad a nível de fila, drill-throughs y bookmarks para potenciar la analítica self-service.
- Documentar data dictionaries y workbooks de KPIs.
- Capacitar a usuarios finales para que puedan navegar y entender los dashboards con facilidad.

**Lo que traes**
- Grado en Information Systems, Business Analytics, Ingeniería o afines.
- 2-4 años de experiência desarrollando dashboards (Power BI obligatorio).
- Nível de **Inglés avanzado - C1**:

- Sólido dominio de DAX, SQL y modelado de datos.
- Conocimiento de bases de datos en la nube y procesos ETL.
- Excelentes habilidades de visualización y storytelling con datos.
