**Must have**:

- Job experience as a CSR, Support Manager or Team Lead

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the organization and coordination of training activities.
- Communicates training schedules to learners
- Report on progress of learners on a weekly basis.
- Coordinates with trainers to ensure all resources are prepared for upcoming sessions.
- Ensures new learners have access to required systems and works to resolve any issues.
- Helps ensure awareness of learning opportunities by creating training announcements, invites and boost news articles.
- Acts as an isolved ambassador promoting the isolved culture in the Medellin office.
- Being able to provide reports on a cadence

Pay: $2,300,000 - $2,900,000 per month
