**About the Role**:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Technologist to manage the technical marketing infrastructure for measurement, attribution, and analytics across digital channels. This role ensures marketing investments are accurately tracked and deliver measurable results. You will collaborate with various teams and agencies to maintain a robust campaign tracking framework, supporting UTMs, cookie consents, pixels, campaign attribution, and end-to-end data reliability to drive clarity, accountability, and growth
**Responsibilities**:
- Own implementation and ongoing management of tracking pixels and analytics tags (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok) for web and mobile
- Configure tracking events in Shopify, Stripe, and other key platforms
- Ensure seamless campaign tracking via UTMs across different domains and platforms**.**
- Cookie consent setups
- Implement server-side and mobile attribution (CAPI/S2S, React Native—using Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, Segment)
- Partner with product and engineering to translate requirements into technical specs and deliverables
- Report on metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, providing data integrity and actionable analysis
- Troubleshoot discrepancies and maintain data quality across all platforms
- Act as lead with external agencies and internal teams for all technical ad ops and campaign measurement needs.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and engineering
- Hands-on expertise with GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI, Google Ads Conversions, campaign tracking and UTM strategy
- Experience implementing tracking on Shopify and Stripe (including checkout events and post-purchase)
- Experience with mobile app attribution for React Native
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ability to debug network requests and tracking issues
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience integrating with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.)
- Experience with A/B/n test instrumentation and conversion optimization
- Background in startup or high-growth environments
