**What You'll Do**
- Design dynamic, user-friendly websites, incorporating the latest UX/UI and ADA principles to enhance brand engagement and user experience.
- Create captivating digital animations, motion graphics, and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and presentations, elevating brand storytelling.
- Conceptualize and execute digital design projects under the guidance of the Art Director, collaborating with both the Graphic Design Department and Communications Team for strategic alignment.
- Manage and organize a comprehensive digital asset library, including images, videos, animations, and design files.
- Stay updated on digital design trends and technologies, bringing innovative ideas to enhance digital content and engagement strategies.

**What You'll Bring To The Team**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field, with a strong portfolio displaying digital design work, including website design, digital animations, video editing, and multimedia projects.
- 5+ years of experience in digital graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, Webflow, WordPress, and video editing software.
- Understanding of web development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design.
- Exceptional creativity in digital design and video editing, with a focus on crafting engaging visual stories and user experiences.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, comfortable working in a multidisciplinary environment.
