Staff Boom se especializan en soluciones personalizadas de personal y consultoría para pequeñas y medianas empresas con gran énfasis en la industria de seguros. Ofrecemos servicios de outsourcing en nuestras instalaciones remotas, estos servicios incluyen: Back Office de Seguros, Contabilidad/Finanzas, Servicio al Cliente, Generación de Clientes, Entrada de Datos, TI, Marketing, Servicios de Apoyo Legal, entre otros.

**Deberes y Responsabilidades**:

- Maquetación: Convertir diseños de Figma en código eficiente y responsivo para versiones desktop y mobile.
- Desarrollo Frontend: Crear y mantener interfaces de usuario atractivas y funcionales utilizando lenguajes de programación como React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, etc.
- Desarrollo en WordPress: Diseñar y desarrollar templates y temas personalizados en WordPress, asegurando la integración perfecta con plugins y otras herramientas.
- Buenas Prácticas: Aplicar buenas prácticas en el desarrollo y la integración con WordPress para asegurar la escalabilidad, mantenibilidad y seguridad del código.
- Utilizar sistemas de control de versiones (GitHub/GitLab) para la gestión del código y la colaboración en equipo.
- Trabajar estrechamente con diseñadores, desarrolladores backend y otros miembros del equipo para garantizar la coherencia y calidad del proyecto.
- Optimizar el rendimiento del sitio web para mejorar la velocidad de carga y la experiência del usuario.
- Resolver problemas y solucionar errores en aplicaciones web existentes.
- Investigar y mantenerse actualizado sobre nuevas tecnologías y tendencias en el desarrollo de aplicaciones web.
- Colaborar con otros desarrolladores y compartir conocimientos y experiência.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência en maquetación de sitios web basados en diseños de Figma para versiones desktop y mobile.
- Dominio avanzado de WordPress, incluyendo la creación de templates, temas personalizados, y la integración con plugins.
- Experiência con sistemas de control de versiones, preferentemente GitHub o GitLab.
- Conocimientos de lenguajes de programación frontend como React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, etc.
- Experiência con HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno ágil (Scrum/Kanban).
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y cumplir con plazos establecidos.
- Técnico o universitario de las carreras de Sistemas de Información, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de software y afines.
