**Requirements**:
**✨ What You’ll Be Doing**:
As a key member of our litigation department, you’ll support attorneys and paralegals with discovery tasks across all stages—from pre-filing through trial. You’ll take ownership of organizing and managing discovery requests, timelines, and compliance, ensuring our cases stay sharp and on track.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Draft and serve discovery requests (Form/Special Interrogatories, RFPs, RFAs)
- Track and calendar all discovery deadlines and responses
- Draft discovery responses and manage client verification coordination
- Maintain organized discovery logs, exhibit binders, and case files
- Follow up with clients on outstanding documentation
- Assist with subpoenas, medical record requests, and document review
- Coordinate service of discovery and maintain proof of service logs
- Support trial preparation and assist the litigation team with ongoing discovery matters
**What You Bring**:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a law firm, ideally in personal injury litigation
- Familiarity with California Civil Procedure discovery rules
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills
- Clear written communication and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software (e.g., Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Needles)
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
- Paralegal certificate or legal coursework a plus, but not required
