About the Job
The Payroll Analyst is responsible for assisting and auditing payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely payments for employees of IntouchCX.
As Payroll Analyst, You Will
- Assist in the execution of payroll operations for various locations
- Support the implementation of payroll processes that ensure continuous improvement in accuracy, efficiency and service levels
- Develop and maintain business partnerships with HR, Operations and Accounting to support payroll initiatives
- Deliver prompt, friendly and efficient customer service to employees who have questions regarding their pay including garnishments and taxes consistent with Federal/state/local wage and hour laws
- Keep informed on legislation and regulatory rulings impacting payroll and develop solutions to ensure compliance in all federal and state jurisdictions
- Analyze and report attendance based on schedule data

As Payroll Analyst, You Have
- Some post-secondary or completion of post-secondary schooling preferred
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar payroll position processing a full cycle payroll
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now (asset)
- Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multi-project workload within tight deadlines through strong organizational and planning skills
- Advanced proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
- Superior attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Possess exceptional prioritization skills to complete work in a timely manner
- Adaptability to change and innovation
- The ability to work both independently and in a team setting within a fast-paced environment
