**Description**:

As a Logistics Coordinator Manager, your responsibilities will be to:

- Provide leadership and management for the support team and manage performance.
- Partner with transportation and logistics service providers to maximize overall options for logistics solutions in our network.
- Collaborate with the team for successful delivery of all LTL shipments.
- Lead team to ensure all shipments are tracked and traced across different modes of transit and update TMS systems accordingly.
- Develop interactive relationships with vendors, customers, carriers, co-workers and leadership. Serve as the escalation point for all operational issues.

**Requirements**:

- High School Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business or Logistics related career.
- At least 1 year in the Logistics and transportation field.
- Only for Medellin, On-site at wework Medellin.
- C1 Advanced English proficiency.
