**¿Cuáles serán mis responsabilidades?**
- Definir los presupuestos y metas a alcanzar junto con los distribuidores, los colaboradores a su cargo, con las divisiones del Grupo y con el Gerente General, en concordancia con los recursos disponibles (Mercado potencial, mercancía, entre otros).
- Organizar, dirigir, supervisar y coordinar las actividades comerciales del área de negocios de Herramientas y Accesorios.
- Lograr una mayor participación en el mercado de la región de los productos del área de negocios Herramientas y Accesorios
- Determinar los precios de venta de los productos garantizando el logro de la rentabilidad propuesta.
- Dirigir el proceso de ventas a su cargo asegurando el desarrollo y la promoción de una visión y estrategia de liderazgo de los productos del área de negocios de Herramientas y Accesorios, que se comercializan en los diferentes mercados.
- Desarrollar un plan para construir y mantener las competencias requeridas en todas las áreas de Herramientas y Accesorios para alcanzar de manera profesional las metas propuestas.
- Asegurar la estabilidad y la rentabilidad de los negocios de Herramientas y Accesorios dentro de la estructura establecida y desarrollar un Plan de crecimiento definido sobre las bases globales.
- Titulado en Ingeniería mecánica, Ingenieria Electrónica o carreras afines.
- Experiência de 5 años como como Gerente área de Ventas.
- Conocimientos técnicos en equipos de construcción y minería.
- Manejo de los programas y herramientas de Microsoft Office y Lotus Notes
- Inglés - Avanzado
