In Ellucian we are looking to our next Business Solution Architect:
What you will bring
- Knowledge / Experience in the operation model of Higher Education Institutions.
- Knowledge / experience with IT business solutions (ERP, CRM, BI, BPM, analytics, portals, mobile, etc)
- Experience in defining business cases that include ROI/TCO and execution plans that demonstrate the value and expected business results
- Experience in defining technology project plans (scope, benefits, cost, time, equipment, risks, assumptions and dependencies)
- Experience in the analysis and definition of strategic models (strategic plan)
- Certification / experience in the analysis and definition of process models (value chains, business capabilities, process maps, process diagrams, KPIs)
- Experience / knowledge in topics related to innovation, digital transformation, product development and digital strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and presentations to clients.
- Professional in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related careers. and/or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience selling, pre-selling or consulting IT products or solutions
- 5+ years of experience in the relationship with directors and executives for the positioning of transformation projects.
- Ability to travel 50% to visit clients in the region
- English is mandatory
