We are currently seeking a highly talented and motivated HR Associate to join our team in Columbia. The HR Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the team by assisting with various HR functions and ensuring smooth operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The HR Associate will collaborate closely with the team and other departments to deliver exceptional HR services to our employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms and the company website.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures to ensure employees' understanding and compliance.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Assist in performance management processes, including coordinating performance reviews and maintaining performance-related documentation.
- Respond to employee queries and concerns, providing guidance or escalating issues to HR management as necessary.
- Compile and analyze HR data, generating reports for HR management to support decision-making processes.
- Conduct onboarding training for new employees, including orientation sessions and introduction to company culture and policies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) in an HR support role or a similar administrative position, including experience in recruitment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to HR service delivery.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
